Orders placed before noon CDT typically ship on the same business day, ensuring prompt delivery. However, if your order requires keyboard assembly, please allow up to two business days for completion before shipment.

After your order is dispatched, refer to the shipping details in the shipment update email, which includes your tracking number. The carrier's website indicates the chosen shipping service when tracking your order.

Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days, based on the selected shipping option. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal and Canadian public holidays.

Shipping or delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or transportation issues.

The amount paid to us solely covers the shipping label cost. The recipient is responsible for extra charges incurred during the import process, such as customs fees or taxes.

To request order changes, please visit our "Contact Us" page at: https://meow-key.com/pages/contact. Changes must be requested within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation email. Once a shipping label is created, no further changes can be made.

When requesting edits, specify the items to be removed, added, or modified. Please be aware that any changes may result in a delay in fulfillment, depending on the nature of the adjustments.
